The magnetic coupling mechanical reactor mainly adopts static sealing structure, and the magnetic coupling mechanical agitator and motor drive are connected by magnetic coupling,
Due to its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal can replace the dynamic seal, which can solve the leakage problem of mixing,
Make the whole medium and mixing parts work completely in a sealed state,
Therefore, it is more suitable for stirring reaction in various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable media and other chemical media with strong permeability. It is a key technology in petroleum and chemical industry
、Ideal leak free reaction equipment for vulcanization, fluorination and hydrogenation in organic synthesis, polymer material polymerization, food and other processes.
The materials of sealing rings used in different types of micro reactors are different. Generally, each reactor will be equipped with 1-2 sealing rings when leaving the factory.
All sealing rings of the high-pressure reactor are embedded in the A-type double line seal. According to the service frequency of the reactor, they are generally replaced once every 2 years,
Unless the sealing parts are damaged during operation, they shall be replaced in time.
The equipment can be tested in a good sealing state. So how to conduct the sealing experiment?
1.For heating and pressurization tightness test, the test medium can be air and nitrogen, but inert gas can be used. Oxygen or other gases are prohibited.
2.Temperature rise and pressure rise shall be carried out slowly. The heating rate shall not be greater than 80 ℃ / h. During pressure test, connect the steel cylinder with the inlet valve of the reactor.
It is necessary to boost the pressure in several times. Take 20% of the working pressure as the distance, stay for 5 minutes at each level, and stay for 30 minutes when it rises to the experimental pressure to check the sealing condition.
The test pressure is 100-105% of the working pressure.
3.If leakage is found during the reactor test, the pressure shall be reduced first, and then the nuts and joints shall be properly tightened. It is forbidden to tighten the nuts and joints under high pressure.
